Hi! All. It is with regret that we tell you that Tim Cookson, passed away yesterday, it was extremely sudden. He was an ex Queens pupil, but I'm sure there are plenty of you out there who knew him, he joined NAAFI when he left Queens, he finally settled in Sleaford after leaving NAAFI in the 90s. Are thoughts are with his wife Lesley (also ex Queens) and there three children.

I used to know a Tim Cookson but he went to Kent school. He was quite a tall and big lad with blond hair and used to live in Viersen. He would be in his late 40s. Could you tell me is this the same one?

Hi, I knew Tim from Kent School and also from his time as a driver in NAAFI. I am very sad to hear of his passing, my thoughts go out to his family.

Hi all Just to clarify, it was the Tim Cookson who went to Kent School, it was Lesley who was at Queen's. Its been 5 years now since Tim died and our family have suffered a massive loss. Not a day goes by when we don't think of him. Louise Goodall (Tim's sister in law) xx
